We deliver apparel within 1-3 business weeks. Our apparel is made at request so it
can take a little longer than you’re used to!


Because we do not want to waste unnecessary paper you receive your bill at the specified
email address. This contains information back as order number, order and delivery address.


You have a period of 14 days on all items. This period commences on the day after
receipt of your order. If an item is not to your liking, or would you prefer a different size
or color to receive? Sign then the article return(s) easily via the
mail –

Mentioned in the mail like the following:

Name and invoice number (this can be found in your order confirmation)
Do you want to return or exchange, and why?
What product / what items
Where do you want to optionally swap?

The article may be appropriate, but must be sent back undamaged.
All items are inspected upon receipt it. Without the attached card we do not accept returns
or exchanges. The return process is for their own account. When returning damaged items

This means in normal English that we are required to have at least 14 days from the moment
of submitting your return, refund the return amount.
